Weekly Update Feb. 20- Feb. 26th

Thank You to everyone who came to our Hearts and Hands Activity.  What a great way for all of us to be apart of such a great service project. 

Last Sunday's lesson was " "Service" by Sister Wynn Powell.  This Sunday's lesson will be "Temple Mirrors of Eternity: A Testimony of Family" taught by Sister Juanita Flowers.

This thursday the Mia Maids are having a baby shower for Sister Jill Clemow and her baby Triston.  It is Feb. 24 from 6:00- 8:00pm at 3702 Donna Drive.  If you have any question, please contact Hallee Cheney 697-0402.

Please join us on Thursday, March 3rd for our "Relief Society Around the World", we will tasting dishes and learning about the Relief Society's in other countries.  What a fun and educational activity!  It will be at 6:30pm at the church.  Nursery will be provided.

There will also be a baby shower for Michelle Croft and her daughter Julia.  It will be at Robin Sear's house (3605 Colin Dr.) on March 4,  from 6:00-8:00pm. 

**Don't forget- we are getting close to the end of the month.  Don't forget to go visit your visiting teaching sisters and report it to your supervisor!**



Weekly Update Feb. 6- Feb. 12th

We hope everyone was able to attend the temple last night.  If not, you were missed and we hope you can make it next time.  Last weeks lesson was taught by Sister Susie Layton about Using Christ's Atonement.  This week's lesson will be taught by SIster Jody Becker.  It will be the Gosel Principles Lesson #27- Work and Personal Responbility. 

Our Stake Temple Day is coming up on Saturday Feb. 19th.  We hope everyone can get a chance to attend that day.

Weekly Update Jan. 30- Feb. 5th

**Don't forget about our Relief Society Activity on Thursday at 6:30pm at the church.  We would love everyone to join us.  Even if you haven't signed up for anything- please come anyway!!  Nursery and refreshments are provided!!**

Last week's lesson was taught by Brother Kauer on Emergency Preparedness.  This week's lesson will be taught by Sister Susie Layton entitiled, "Using Christ's Atonement to Change." 

Mark your calendars for Tuesday,  February 8th.  It is our ward Temple Night and we would love to have everyone there as a ward in the temple. 

Some of you may have received new Visiting Teaching sisters.  It is the beginning of the month, let this be a great opportunity to get a head start on this month's visits.  Also, what a great way to get to know your new visiting teaching sisters/companions!!
